Hi everyone, I recently made a trip to Walgreens and noticed this small palette in one of the displays. I was immediately drawn to it. It's the new Rimmel London sculpting palette designed by Kate Moss. I only picked up one and got the color "003 Golden Bronze" It cost me $6.99 at Walgreens. Here is the palette:  Here are some swatches! This palette looks very promising and I'm excited to try it out on my face. On the display it said this particular one was for "Medium to Deep" skin tones. I only saw two more options there  "Fair to Light" and "Light to medium" There could be more but I'm not sure since they're fairly new to me. Anyways that's it for this post! Hello, Today I decided to post my makeup of the day. I played with makeup and went for an easy drugstore smokey eye look. Here are the results.  I used ONLY drugstore makeup products. Here is what I used. For my foundation and concealer:  I used the Maybelline better skin super stay concealer and foundation. For my eyeshadows : I used the WetNWild eyeshadow palette in "Comfort Zone" For my eyeliner: I used the NYC High Definition liquid eyeliner For my lashes: I used a pair of KISS falsies and Maybelline falsies push up drama mascara For my contour and highlight: I used the WetNWild contour duo + The WetNWild Fergie highlight in "Hollywood BLVD" For my lips : I used "Bare it all" lipstick by WetNWild For my brows: I shaded them in with a brown eyeshadow from the Fergie eyeshadow palette by WetNWild & That's it. Last week I bought a couple liquid lipsticks from Colourpop.com Ive been wanting to try their liquid lipsticks for some time and finally decided to buy some. I only bought two of them to try out and see if I like them. The two colors I bought are: Left: Stingraye Right: Trap Colourpop liquid lipsticks cost $6! super affordable. Here are some pictures. Also, colourpop usually gives you $5 off when you sign up for their email list! I love the way the colors look so far, I'm excited to try them on my lips soon. Thats all for now. x C

I picked up a couple of lipsticks from Walgreens yesterday. They're from the brand "Circa".  I've never tried any of their products before but decided I'd get a couple of their lipsticks to try. They were a bit pricey.  I believe they were about $10 each. The packaging is nice and sturdy though and the lipsticks swatched nicely. The two colors I got are "Natalie" (on the left) and "Brigitte" on the right. After I swatched them I realized how similar in color they are. Unfortunately the color of the bottom of the lipstick was a bit off. Anyways here are pictures of the lipsticks and swatches on my hand :) I haven't tried them on my lips yet. However they seem to be very smooth. I wouldn't mind buying a couple of darker colors. They do have a bit of a scent to them, I'm not sure how to describe it, but it doesn't bother me. Today I'm back with another OOTD. This outfit is from about a week ago (cue the song lol). The weather was still warm here where I am. (California) Now it just recently started to get a little colder. However I'm sure this outfit is still wearable for fall by just adding a jacket/coat over it. Here is Todays outfit: DETAILS: My dress is from a local boutique it was less than $20 My bag is from eBay. It was also inexpensive but I can't remember the price. My shoes are from Forever21 from a while ago. Here are a few more pictures :) I love body con dresses and I'm not afraid to show off my curves :) That's going to be it for this post! I don't normally post OOTD's but, lately I've been trying to take pictures of my outfits. My style is very casual/comfortable. Also, very affordable. I like to thrift/bargain shop. Here are a few pictures of the eyeshadow palette I got in my last Sephora haul. This is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow Couture "World Traveler" Palette. This palette has some of my go to colors as well as some new colors that I don't wear often but wouldn't mind experimenting with. (That blue and yellow) I have another Anastasia Beverly Hills palette and I absolutely love it so I decided to get another one. This palette was only $30 compared to the Urban Decay Naked palettes that cost about $54. Here is a closer look at all the colors and their names. And of course. Here are the swatches of all the colors. These are the top 6. And here are the bottom 6. All of the swatches were applied dried and with no primer. A couple weeks ago I bought a few things from Sephora online for my birthday!. It's only a few things but they're things I had been wanting to try out. Here is my Sephora Haul video! I recently got the Too Faced "Star Dust" by Vegas Nay palette as a birthday present. I first entered a giveaway on Instagram to try to win it, but, I didn't win. A few days later, on my birthday, my boyfriend decided to surprise me with it since he knew I didn't win the giveaway and I was really interested in the palette. The palette itself is very pretty, I'm very happy with it so far. It also comes with a mini version of Too Faced "better than sex" mascara. Which I've never tried. A glitter pigment, which is really messy, but very, very, pretty. A Too Faced eyeshadow primer, and some little cards with ideas for different looks. Here are some pictures. I went shopping the other day and bought lots of random things. I bought some hair stuff to dye my hair with, some clothes, a couple of makeup products, some accessories, and some other random stuff. I've just recently started using this palette I bought from Mac Cosmetics. I bought this palette months ago but never used it much. I think it's because its high end and I didn't want to waste it lol. But now I'm obsessed with it and can't stop. It's my Burgundy x9 palette by MAC. The palette cost me $40 at Macys. However the quality of the eyeshadows are great. Also all of these colors look great on all different eye colors, in my opinion. I also swatched all of the colors on my hand. These are dry, and theres no primer on my hand. Here are swatches of the first 5 colors. And here are swatches of the last 4 eyeshadows. Like I said, I love all of the colors in this palette.  However, the 3rd one in this picture is my favorite! I finally decided to order a couple of lipsticks from Gerard Cosmetics. I had some of their old "color your smile" lip glosses but I hadn't boughten anything from them ever since they changed their name to "Gerard Cosmetics" They were having a sale at the time so I decided to get a few lipsticks and lip glosses. Today I'm going to share a few pictures of the lipsticks I bought. I will probably swatch the lip glosses and post them in a different post in the near future :) Now for the lipsticks, I only ordered 3 lipsticks. Each lipstick costs about $19. (Pretty pricey) but like I said I bought mine when they had a sale/deal going on. I believe I only paid maybe $9 or $10 for each. Anyways, The colors that I got are: Kimchi doll, Buttercup, and 1995. Today I wanted to write a really quick post to share my current favorite eyeshadow palette. I found this palette months ago at my local Walgreens. It's by WetNWild from the Fergie collection. The best part? It was only $7! The colors reminded me of the first Naked Palette which is what caught my attention. It has now become my go to everyday palette. Here's a picture of the palette. And here's a picture of the colors swatched on my arm. As you can see they're very pigmented and these are all watched DRY with no primer. I think that's pretty good for a $7 palette. The palette also comes with a double sided brush. At first I thought I wasn't going to use it at all. Surprisingly, I really like the brush. I use it all the time even when I'm not using this palette. Since this palette was so inexpensive I don't mind using it everyday and using up all the colors. It allows me to save my expensive palette...

I was recently on the hunt for the new display of the L'oreal La Laque and Le Matte lipsticks. In case some of you don't know, these lipsticks came out years ago but were limited edition. I did pick up a few of them the first time they came out but when they came out recently I noticed there were a few new colors.  The new colors definitely caught my attention and looked like more wearable colors. I finally found the new display for the lipsticks at CVS the other day. They were $9.99 each (ouch)  I only picked up 4 of them since they're a bit pricey. I picked up 2 La Laques (glossy) and 2 Le Mattes (matte) I went with the colors that I knew I'd wear often. Here is a picture of the ones I bought. And here are lip swatches of each one!
