Hi lovelies! Today I wanted to share this $1 ( yes $1) eyeshadow palette! I bought this palette at a dollar store near me and I hadn't looked at it until a few days ago. I originally bought it, along with a bunch of other things, to do a dollar store makeup challenge. However, I never got around to it. I finally opened up the palette a few days ago and decided to swatch it for my Instagram and I was pleasantly surprised! The palette is by ColorMates and it has 12 shades. They actually feel very nice, smooth and even a bit buttery! Not too powdery at all! Here are the swatches of all the shades on my arm (no primer, applied dry) Here is a picture WITH FLASH. Today I wanted to write a really quick post to share my current favorite eyeshadow palette. I found this palette months ago at my local Walgreens. It's by WetNWild from the Fergie collection. The best part? It was only $7! The colors reminded me of the first Naked Palette which is what caught my attention. It has now become my go to everyday palette. Here's a picture of the palette. And here's a picture of the colors swatched on my arm. As you can see they're very pigmented and these are all watched DRY with no primer. I think that's pretty good for a $7 palette. The palette also comes with a double sided brush. At first I thought I wasn't going to use it at all. Surprisingly, I really like the brush. I use it all the time even when I'm not using this palette. Since this palette was so inexpensive I don't mind using it everyday and using up all the colors. It allows me to save my expensive palette...

Hello loves! Today I thought I'd share some pictures of my recent Mac haul. I also have 1 non mac item I'll be posting as well!. I went to the mall a week or so ago and picked up a few things. Here are all the mac products I bought. The first thing I got is an eyeshadow palette. The palette is from the "eyes on mac" collection. I got the burgundy x9 palette. I love all of the colors especially the reds! here are photos of the palette.  The colors are so beautiful, I'm in love with this palette already. It was $40 at Macy's. The next thing I had to get is a lipstick. I'm obsessed with lip products and I love mac lipsticks. I decided to get the color "brave"  It's a beautiful mauve/pink nude, I love it!
